Ensures that local P&O systems development is aligned with Mars Inc P&O systems development
strategy, cross-segment P&O requirements and local legal requirements. Ensures all categories
business needs in terms of P&O system solutions are met.·
Participates in Corporate P&O systems development activities. Works closely with P&O associates,
global team, MarsIS (IT division) on continuous improvement of the P&O processes. Represents
regional interests in global systems development and enhancements·
Implements Systems Knowledge management programs, organises P&O systems training for all

Legal Administration· Ensures compliance with legal requirements to safeguard employment law
standards in Mars LLC.·

Position objectives: Lead PepsiCo Personnel administration Center. Organize and manage personnel
administration services delivery to employees, HR BPs and Line Managers based on local legislation,
internal regulations and controls requirements. Design, implement and improve efficient HR
