Manage Shared Service Center. Manage team of 7 associates + 2 external vedors (legal document
flow, migration services).
Provide HR services to all segments in Mars LLC (Choco, Petcare, Food, IT)

Key Activities according job description: P&O Effectiveness·
Runs P&O Effectiveness strategy development and sets P&O Effectiveness group objectives.·
Develops P&O Effectiveness structure and processes along with the organisational development.·
Manages a centralised administrative pull for quality best practice implementation throughout all
business categories.
Ensures equal quality administrative service for associates of all business categories.·
Serves as the account manager for P&O administrative outsourcing providers.
Acts as customer representative for P&O administrative outsourcing provider’s employees working on
Mars territory, co-ordinating their priorities, setting customer expectations and necessary quality
Participates in Corporate P&O effectiveness team P&O Systems Management (as part of P&O
Develops and reviews CIS P&O System Strategy annually. ·
Drives and co-ordinates initiatives, manages projects directed to the development and improvement of
the local P&O systems (such as CHRIS (SAP HR), PAPRAS, Time & Attendance, Taleo, Appraisal
Db, MyLearning etc).
Defines future systems scope and implements them.·
Ensures that local P&O systems development is aligned with Mars Inc P&O systems development
strategy, cross-segment P&O requirements and local legal requirements. Ensures all categories
business needs in terms of P&O system solutions are met.·
Participates in Corporate P&O systems development activities. Works closely with P&O associates,
global team, MarsIS (IT division) on continuous improvement of the P&O processes. Represents
regional interests in global systems development and enhancements·
Implements Systems Knowledge management programs, organises P&O systems training for all
involved associates. Provides necessary support and communication to all involved associates.
Legal Administration· Ensures compliance with legal requirements to safeguard employment law
standards in Mars LLC.·
Serves as the account manager of employment law advisers· Provides quality employment law
support for all business categories, knowledge management, information flow and ensures Mars LLC
employment law compliance spending.Associates Development.·
Manages, develops and coaches 6 direct reporting associates. ·
Co-ordinates and manages the work of the team making sure that objectives of the group are in line
with cross-segment business needs.
Support legal migration services for all expats and visitors

Position objectives: Lead PepsiCo Personnel administration Center. Organize and manage personnel
administration services delivery to employees, HR BPs and Line Managers based on local legislation,
internal regulations and controls requirements. Design, implement and improve efficient HR
processes, standards and tools to ensure timely, responsive, accurate, HR services to ‘end-users’ /
end-customer. Manage HR administration center communications and HR Help Desk organization.
Provides expertise to Line Managers and HRBPs in company projects.
Lead PepsiCo centralized Employee relations and HR compliance processes, methodology and inquiry
to mitigate risks and ensure efficient and sustainable HR operations.
Design and manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E process, visa and labor process, migration support)
HR Admin Service Center Created in Lebedyan. Operates on HR Admin transactions + Call center
for 25.000 employees.

Areas of responsibility:
1. HR administration Center Management
Design, implement and support standards HR administration Center processes, HR organizational
structures, Service Level Agreements and KPI’s. To be able to organize new Hubs, according new
Business requirements.
2. Personnel administration process, service management
Design, implement and manage personnel administration standards, processes and service delivery
to ‘end-users’ / end-customer within the given territory. Provide efficient, complaint and timely
employees inquiry maintenance via HR Help Desk framework. Establish appropriate employees
records management (organization management data, personal data, time management data,
compensations and benefits), coordinate personal files, labor books and statutory forms correct
administration, storage and archiving. Define, manage and improve personnel administration service
level. Consult, support Line Managers and HR Business Partners inquiry.
3. HR System administration, Master data quality management
Initiate, coordinate HR systems issues and change requisition / testing to provide complaint, efficient
and timely HR administration processes support by HR applications. Define a business case for
personnel administration workflows automation, data integration in order to improve service level and
reduce costs.
Manage employee master data proper maintenance within HR applications in accordance with local
legislation, PepsiCo processes and internal controls requirements. Track HR master data quality
controls and coordinate data revision activities under the HR Excellence Information Systems
Conducts organizational management within the systems by creating and removing business units
and positions, subordination structure and organization structures.
4. HR Call Center, Internal communications
Establish and manage HR Call center framework: organization, processes, technical set up, service
level and service quality management. Ensure best practices and efficient Help Desk solutions, tools
are properly designed and implemented to improve service quality and reduce costs. Ensure timely,
responsive, accurate, HR services to ‘end-users’ / end-customer.
Provide proactive and efficient communications to HR business partners, functional managers and
employees with respect to work schedules, internal regulations, personnel administration process and
tools changes.
5. HR Excellence
Take a regular project role in various HR Excellence key initiatives e.g.: polices and procedures;
processes, standards and forms; HR master data management; HR Service quality management;
e-tools and solutions development and implementation. Keep processes, policies and practices aligned
within organization.
6. Internal controls, employee relations
Design, implement and manage internal controls framework within personnel administration
processes in order to ensure potential risks mitigation and high quality of HR workflow delivered on a
sustainable basis.
Support and collaborate with labor unions. Coordinate proper and timely data provided to local authorities
in case of any labor conflicts.
7. Reporting
Provide ad hoc (non standard only) reporting to Line Managers and HR BPs.
Coordinate regular and ad hoc reporting delivery to local authorities according to legal requirements.
8. Employee relations department
Design, implement and coordinate employee relations (ER) standard process for SPo1 business
organization. Proactively manage internal regulations, HR processes, services and activities delivery
according to legal requirements and corporate standards. Lead trainings HR’s and for Line Managers
on labour topics with the purpose to minimize labour risks in organization
9. Travel & Entertainment
Develop and coordinate Travel & Entertainment budget, policy, processes and service delivery to
‘end-users’ / end-customer.
10. Team management
Ensure HR administration organization well staffed with highly qualified personnel. Manage team
