- Develop training material (guidelines, hand-outs, presentation, course materials, trainer notes) in line with Mazda Management Development - Develop Intranetsite for Learning & Development (CMS and DMS), guidelines to maintain this site- Organize inhouse trainings (develop training programm in team with trainer, communication to participants, coordinate and ensure training materials and equipement, evaluate feedbacks)- Evaluate and support: Mazda Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Change Management process, reorganization process- Analysis of department work and implementation some improvements in line to Mazda Performance Management process- Maintain datebase in LOGA- Practice working in eTAS (European Training Administrative System)- Create a job description- Update HR filesfolders in new Visional Identity
