Represent BI business service across Nokia organizations as the single point of contact
• Prepare and run regular service review meetings within ADM team and business stakeholders
• Responsible for ensuring that the service entry in the Service Portfolio/Catalog is accurate and is properly maintained
• Prepare and follow the BI service roadmap execution
• Serve as the point of escalation (notification) for major incidents
• Have a major role in establishing the root cause and proposed permanent fix for a service being evaluated.
• Responsible for ensuring that all elements required to restore a BI service are known and in place in the event of a crisis.
• Review technical data from BI domain perspective to ensure that the needs of the overall service are being met.
• Coordinate communication among ADM team, IT systems’ suppliers, software vendors and customer services
• Plan and control BI related software licenses and maintenance.
• Involved into a yearly budget planning and tracking the budget execution
