Full HR scope.Creation and implementation corporate policies;Recruitment;Personnel assessment, evaluations;Forming and establishing of the corporate culture (internal PR, teambuilding events);Personnel paper work according to Labor Code (RF): labor contracts, staff list, vacation schedule etc.Maintain internal HR systems: HRIS, 1C (RF), SharePoint HR portal;External PR & collaboration with SPB HR community;Personnel adaptation & motivation procedures;Training organization (English courses);Collaboration with providers of HR services (recruiting agencies, medical insurance companies, HR internet portals etc).
