I am in charge of the strategic development and managing of the national family strengthening programme. I influence in which direction a national association develops in the area of family strengthening, including new projects, advocacy, and capacity building of local structures through knowledge sharing and other forms of cooperation. As a member of the national management team, I am the driving force behind the FS programme in herhis country. In this work area, I explore opportunities and develops proposals for new family strengthening, quality development in public schools and kindergartens projects; I am the superior of Project Coordinators and guide, motivate, and support them in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects;provide expertise to the National Director; propose strategic goals and participates in the development and implementation of the National Plan in the area of family strengthening, quality development in public schools and kindergartens;ensure that the set goals under my responsibility are reached.
