Anatoly primarily works with greenfield investment projects regarding the construction of industrial facilities throughout Russia. He also advises clients in the fields of corporate, commercial, tax, and contract law.Anatoly leads our Russian Public Procurement & Public-Private Partnership Practice and has participated in developing the model procurement documentation for forthcoming public-private partnership projects in Saint Petersburg.Before joining Hannes Snellman in 2006, Anatoly held position of Deputy Director of the Legal Department in Russian company producing power generators and constructing power stations.
