- Development and support of Integrated Management system of Tula cluster according to ISO 9001, HACCP, Unilever Quality system, Policies and Procedures, legal rules. Development of QA culture.- Orgaization of the effective system of production improvements based on TPM approch. Coordination of all site TPM activities.- Leading and support of the Consumer Safety Management System for Tula sites, planning & participation in all HACCP studies.- Carring the legal responsibility for products and ensuring that all products produced at the site are in compliance with the law and official regulations. Contacting with legal authorities in case of inspection or claims.- Continually review quality&analysis methodssystemsdocumentation, laboratory equipment and processes, introducing modifications and improvements that will maximise performance, quality, product safety and confidence.- Ensuring that all QA and SHE activities are accurately recorded and reported and kept within the agreed budget limits so that the contribution made by QASHE department is in compliance with overall business.- Leading of Site Incident Management Committee in case of product incidents. Organization of investigation and root cause analyze of the incidents, complaints, providing of Dummy Recalls.- Giving QA technical support to buying, development, marketing departments in raw and packaging materials buying, product formulation and launches. Organization of validation plans for key critical equipment and processes.- QA department management responsibilities for staff (30 people) in all personnel matters e.g. safety, training, discipline, career planning, salary, promotions etc- Providing Quality and Consumer Safety Audite at others region sites.
