• Responsible for all IT operations in CMS Moscow office, IT service delivery and the management and development of the Moscow IT staff, budget optimization and control• Project delivery and managing IT aspects of the merger of the three law firms CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, CMS Hasche Sigle and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and moving to the new office• Projects implementation for the new company development, CRM, documents management system and due diligence for SAP as a corporate ERP system, establishment of the local contracts with vendors and suppliers• Developing mid- and long-term IT strategy for Moscow while aligning this with the strategies of CMS headquarter and other CMS firms.
