Directly responsible for overall finance management activities of industrial plant (holding structure). Driving the strategy and hands-on execution of finance, accounting, tax, legal, risk management and IT functions:* ensure full compliance of company financial activities and reporting with Lafarge Group policies and procedures, RAS and IFRS regulations;* coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts; support management preparing strategic plans; conduct monthly business review meetings;* ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting (RAS, IFRS and Lafarge Group standards based): full scope monthly IFRS reporting (in HFM); variation analysis of the monthly report for volumes and prices, cash costs (VC, FC, SG&A costs); monthly investment report (CapEx); Interaction with local and Big4 auditors (Deloitte, E&Y);* financial control and analysis;* investment projects evaluation and control (EVA analysis based);* cash management;* WCR management;* implementation and update of business procedures and ERP systems;* financial and tax risk management, incl. legal aspects, insurance management;* long- and short-term financing of activities. External relationships with banks, customers.
