Contract Manager with 11-year experience in working on Mobile Networks building contracts and Information Technology/Telecom Systems’ contracts as part of big Rail/Metro and other Civil Infrastructure projects involved from contract bid phase through to contract close-out and focused on meeting delivery commitments. Work collaboratively with Legal, Bid, Procurement, Finance and Delivery functions to ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions, provide the overall contract strategy, liquidated damages avoidance plans, highlight risk mitigation plans, manage the claims and change/variation strategy, and provide subject matter expertise in the implementation of contracts, through the use of best practices.
I'm deeply engaged during the sales process and provide continuity into the mobilization phase enabling effective contract negotiations with the customer on early deliverables and key dates.
I work closely with Procurement and all involved parties to ensure suppliers are qualified, terms and conditions are managed under a cost benefit analysis, and a detailed costed bill of materials is available for the service life of the equipment.
Actively support Finance in securing payments flows and managing bank guarantees and bonds.
