At college, I started my first business, a pharmacy, and made it profitable. I then managed sales, marketing and strategic development for pharmaceutical, retail and automotive companies with up to $2 billion in revenues and more than 2 000 employees. I used to work in various roles with such international companies and brands as Walgreens Boots Alliance, Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Land Rover, Cadillac, Volvo, FCA Group, Hyundai Motor Company – helping to develop their businesses, and grow sales revenues and profits on emerging and volatile Russian market. The rich leadership experiences gained enabled me to successfully develop my own consulting practice.
As a life-long learner, I hold a PhD in Management and Organizations from Herzen State University of Russia and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
