• Development and embedding of standardized Talent sourcing process aligned with Global and Regional standards, leading HR Business Partners in Talent sourcing execution• Management Trainee Programme leading: intake definition, attraction strategy development and implementation, selection standards control, providers management, working out and launch of Ambassadors programme, owning MT development and learning process• Employer Brand programme management targeted external and internal audience• Launching standardized approach to working with Recruitment agencies (hands-off agreements, reporting, education, selection standards); responsible for cooperation with a range of Talent sourcing providers (graduate recruitment companies, media, online sourcing resources – LinkedIn, MBA-exchange, Russian job-sites)• Education and consulting HR Business Partners and Functional managers on Talent Sourcing practices, tools and recruitment techniques• Team coaching & development• Talent Sourcing and Employer Brand budgeting
