+ Participation in strategic and operational governance processes for Russian federal mass-market fashion retailer (150+ stores, 2000+ employees, 12 bln. RUR of annual turnover, 650+ workplaces, 900+ POS-terminals)

+ Leadership in IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture development, operational planning to achieve business goals by digital innovations, prioritizing IT initiatives, standardizing SAP business applications and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems

+ Developing and maintaining an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports business goals and needs with minimal resources (42 employees in 4 departments)

+ Establishing IT departmental goals, objectives, and standard operating procedures for business applications, digital technologies and information security

+ Identifying opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development

+ Strong focus on developing and executing the Digital Roadmap in conjunction with key functional leaders (e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Retail,…)

+ Budgeting – ensure budget is aligned with organization requirements and needs

Должностные обязанности:


+ Establishing and implementing the IT vision and strategies, developing the Information Systems roadmap and leading all aspects of the B2B Company’s technology development to execute current and future Company (500+ employees) goals and objectives

+ Directing the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business performance

+ Providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of information operations as well as collaborate with, counsel and guide other members of the management team in IT related matters

+ Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan. Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations (incl. software licensing)

+ Supervise recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all IT staff (12 employees)

+ Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio relating to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems

+ Negotiate vendor agreements with the focus of IT and business requirements, pricing and shared risk/reward

+ Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities, including government, vendors, and partner organizations

+ Define and communicate corporate plans, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating IT systems

Должностные обязанности:


+ Responsible for all SAP Project Management activities from the part of ERP-integrator team (implementation and roll-out for Gazprom-TransGaz-Ukhta)

+ Leadership within the implementation of a project management plan that minimises employee resistance and maximises customer's employee engagement and business commitment to the solution

+ Facilitation of project meetings and liaise with other Organisation’s Departments in order to ensure that related projects, delivers integrated solutions for the Organisation

+ Responsible for budget (192 mln. RUR), time (7 months) and scope if the project to ensure the successful implementation of the project within specified time frames and budget parameters

+ Managing SAP Project implementation team (40 employees)

+ Communicate with project team members as well as other internal stakeholders to resolve issues of common interest and/or to share information

+ Co-ordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups on issues of common concern

+ Respond to project enquiries and requests for information

+ Ensure accurate record keeping, document and content management of all project and business related documentation, research results, investigations and correspondence

+ Ensure that all relevant issues/facts are covered in reports and contribute to sound decision making
