• Evaluating and improving the company’s Quality Management System and processes and Electronic QM Manual• Leading a team of four staff in Quality Assurance and Quality Control• Increasing employees’ awareness of customers’ quality demands• Conducting internal audits• Drafting instructions• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standard• Managing quality assurance documentation, developing QA processes, training employees in these processes• Facilitating Continuous Improvement Meetings and projects, review implementation of actions• Managing customer complaints, performing root cause analysis• Initiating Corrective and Preventive Actions, facilitating and monitoring their implementation• Planning production order, ensuring economical production within given delivery requirements
