Production Management of the Banks Electronic Trading environmentsTeams main responsibilities:• 1st and 2nd level support for all Production, DR and UAT e-trading environments.• Incident, problem, capacity, change and configuration management around e-trading environments.• Troubleshooting of complex issues with e-trading on OS, network and app levels (issues in multicast and firewall environments, in low latency trading systems, SolarisWindows OSs, cluster systems, load-balanced apps etc).• Interaction with front and back-office teams: work on new projects, offering consultancy around various technical aspects of the e-trading platforms.• Managing the relationships with e-trading platform vendors and service providers for all technical aspects.• Coordination of work around the Banks e-trading infrastructure between the different specialized IT departments (Banks Unix, database, network and firewall engineering teams)
