• Support execution of pricing strategy established in conjunction with the Sales VP Continental Europe. This effort is heavily focused around contractswork orders – initiatingdefining terms, integrating pricing, negotiating with the client organization, bringing to positive closure for FRS Global.• Manage day-to-day contract issues including Work Order execution and contract amendments• Generate sales leads of prospective customers from multiple sources, including a strong personal network, information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.• Utilize all availableagreed resources to achieve objectives including management, client services, R&D, sales support and business development.• Act as the communication liaison between the company and the client, at all levels, to ensure continuous client satisfaction.• Where necessary, troubleshoots specific problems enlisting the help of internal sup-portproductadmin groups.• Ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner and in accordance with corporate rules.• Stay informed of events or changes that have potential to change the market scene or generate additional business.• Seeks additional growth opportunities.
