Provide day-to-day support to individuals and line managers in a range of HR processes and programmes, particularly: - Talent reviews and staff planning support - Resourcing - Current Estimated Potential process facilitation - On-boarding and mentoring - Skills development plans - Learning interventions - Performance management - Merit reviews and stock options - HR SAP R3 (Shell People) implementation - Employment Equity - Diversity and Inclusiveness Ensure HR data integrity and disseminate business reports Provide project support on HR and cross-functional projects Be the main interface with Employee Services Unit (HR Shared services) Lead Change in the business
