• Forming the legal structure of the Group of companies• Planning, management reporting (setting up budgeting and management reporting process)• Creating and supporting the analytical models (5 years business strategy model, 18 months WCap model, internal benchmarking, BSC, liquidity forecasting etc.)• Corporate finance (financing (creditsdeposits) strategy implementation, centralized treasury)• Accounting (Accounting policies development – RASIFRS, document workflow support, accounting and tax reporting – RASIFRS, supporting external audits of the Group financial reporting, transfer pricing, monitoring NA to be in line with legislative requirements, supporting tax clauses, providing correct and timely tax payments)• Processes Excellence (Mapping all the Processes of the group according to BPMN, automating the processes, optimizing processes etc.)• Creating Shared Services Center (SSC) for Finance Services (RAS ans IFRS Accounting, P&A, Treasury), Legal Services, HR Services, IT Services, Security Services, Admin Services• Developing mission and vision for the SSC, developing Strategy Map for SSC, setting Targets, KPIs, developing SSC Costs optimization possibilities.• Developing SLAs with KPIs, Service prices etc.
