Legal support of the Company’s business: organization of legal work and procedures from the beginning; drafting, amending and reviewing agreements with distributors and agencies; draft new standard contracts and review non-standard; negotiating legal aspects of relevant agreements with company customers; participating in particular customer marketing projects; assistance in creation of new trade terms for key distributors; reviewing and responding to claims from company customers and preparing claims to customers, participation in courts; working with external legal advisors; participating in negotiations with clients; promo-materials and sales presenters authorization; consulting managers and departments on current legislation, including monthly monitoring of legislation, all aspects of the labour law; updating foundation documents; investigation of the departments’ activities; ensure adherence to the companys legal standards, policies and procedures and their consistent application.
