1. Contribute to the development, planning and execution of strategic goals and objectives for the business function2. Ensure a robust control environment is created, managed, maintained and continuously developed within each areas operations in order to minimise risks and exceptions in addition to maintaining an on-going compliance with regulatory standards3. Co-ordinate the provision of high quality services to internal clients ensuring effective issue resolution and maintenance of an in-depth understanding of client expectations so that client satisfaction and service excellence can be continuously enhanced4. Ensure a robust management information and reporting infrastructure exists within each Department to support continuous monitoring and review of performance5. Core procedures and process creation, implementation and monitoring.6. Cooperation and assistance the COO and Business Heads to implement operations in key areas e.g. fund launches
