Participate in various recruitment projects (FMCG, Retail, Consumer, Industry and Manufactory, Automotive, Banking)• Source (New) Candidates utilizing various methodologies: -Head-hunting (working with target lists, identifying potential candidate names, and directly approaching such candidates); -Networking; -Active internet search for candidates• Identify and pre-qualify relevant candidates cv’s based on factual criteria• Conduct telephone interviews to pre-qualify selected candidates for job if appropriate with level of vacancy• Knowledge management: - Media monitoring, checking names of potential candidates andor clients; -Collecting information obtained through trade fares, employment fares; - MarketIndustry research as may be requested by Consultants
