• Prepare correspondence (including confidential), reports, and any kind of other required materials and presentations. • Setup GM’s travel arrangements. • Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors. • Maintain GM’s calendar. • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. • Answer telephones, receive faxes and handle in appropriate manner. • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. • Sign for DHLFed Ex etc. packages. • Coordinate project-based work (including Business Plan). • Meet and greet clients and visitors. • Supervise support staff. • Other duties as assigned
