Development, promotion and maintenance of structured products (fund-derivatives, fund-linked structured notes, CDOs, and structured funds)1) Product development: generating product ideas, performing modeling, risk-assessment, drafting legal docs, making marketing materials, negotiating with clients and service providers (e.g. investment banks), coordinating internal and external specialists (legal advisors, administrators, auditors etc)2) Product promotion: acting as an “official” contact person for Robeco regional offices in France, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland; supporting regional sales teams on structuring issues and product ideas to clients (e.g. answering ongoing questions, preparing tailor-made investment proposals, visiting clients with presentations)3) Product maintenance: producing investment reports, coordinating dividend and coupon payments, communicating with rating agencies, external risk managers, auditors etc, managing product-related SPVs
