Managing of team of six accountants Areas of Responsibility: Advice CEO under legal and tax issues and executed CEO duties during his absence; The organization of a full cycle set up of shops; Preparing plan and cash flow for opening new subdivisions and control for them execution Searching premises for opening new shops, an economic substantiation of a choice, preparing of documentation, cooperation with landlords, coordination of construction, providing with retail equipment, checking construction estimates; Helping to open new shop and controlling their future work; Staff training; Developing and implementation of documents circulation, procedures of internal control and accounting; Preparing tasks for developing of automated systems (AS) with IT company (was project manager from company side, made managerial decisions); Planning, directing and controlling finance operations, cash flow management; Budgeting (by costrevenue centers), cost analysis, fixed and variable cost cutting; Negotiations with banks on project financing - credit lines, guarantees; Developed and implemented internal control procedures (Purchasing Policies & Procedures); Preparation of tax returns, financial statements and statistical reports in accordance with the Russian legislation; Accounting and tax policy developing; Management reporting to HQ (RAS, IFRS); Presenting company’s results to the Board of Directors Meeting on monthly basis; Analysis of results by brands and business units (analyze the margin report) Liaise with external audit consultants, legal experts, IT-specialists, insurance companies, Tax authorities and Social funds; Coordination of work of Accounting department, IT specialist, HR, buyer, regional managers
