- Works with dealers management on KPI development for dedicated sales representatives

Достижения: Caterpillar Material Handler Machines sales on the Russian market was increased from 1% in 2012 up to 8% in 2014. There were initiated the work with leading CIS steel mills: Cherepovetskii Metallurgical Plant ( JSC “Severstal”), United Metallurgical Company, Magnitogorkii Metallurgical Plant, West Siberian Metallurgical Plant, Arcelor Mital Krivoi Rog, and some other). Customers seminars organization with visiting Caterpillar factories in Europe: 1) Representatives of Russian Far East Ports ( JSC “Commertial Port Pos’et”, JSC “Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port”; JSC “Sea Port Zarubio”; 2) Representatives of leading coal mines of Kemerovo region ( LLC “Invest - Uglesbut”; JSC “Kuzbass Heating Company”, Holding Company “Siberian Business Union” 3) Representative of Cherepovetskii Metallurgical Plant ( JSC “Severstal”) 4) Represenative of LLC “TIS” ( Port, Ukraine).
