Oil & gas field development. Responsible for:
• Development & execution of the project policies, procedures, technical reviews and project execution plan in compliance with Headquarters procedures, rules & requirements.
• Project reporting to affiliate top management and to Headquarters Project Control Department.
• Contract preparation from pre-qualification stage, through the bid process, awarding, administration and till the contract close-out. Internal, Partner and Authorities contracts committee’s attendant.
• Project Budgeting & Cost Control.
• Project Planning
• Risk management.
• Project engineering support and audit.
• HAZOP/HAZID review.
• Procurement.
• Logistics/Expediting
• Document control, archiving
• Project services such as translation/interpretation.
• IT support, office management
• Other different project needs.
