- Responsible for all sales revenue and margin in TP-Link Russia
- Added responsibilities of Project sales (ISP, SI, B2G etc.)
- Continue responsible for sales in to Federal and Online Retailers (DNS, M-Video/Eldorado, Citilink etc.)
- Manage of all Sales team and colleagues who responsible for support sales team
- Preparing strategic steps with HQ
- Solving daily operational questions
- Establish and update sales team KPIs each quarter
- Hire new employers and fire weak employers in sales team
- Solving question connected with receivables
- Develope Business of new product line (like SMB products) and new TP-Link's sub-brand Mercusys on Russian Market
