I am responsible for heading the whole commercial team in Singapore. Any matters associated with contractors and vendors, and management of procurement and contracting arrangements for the Project falls under this poaition. The role also encompasses tender evaluation, compilation of Project Tender and Project Quotation documentation. Ensure Project Technical Deliverables as required by Project Management Agreement with Client related to tender procurement activities, external and internal reports. To manage costs relating to projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. And to minimise the costs of projects assigned and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
