Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of local HR policies programs and processes in the pay and benefits area; Country role; • Assist with launch and local implementation of global HR policiesprocessesprojects (with recognition of business differences (Upstream International Russia and Downstream)); • Ensure assurance, compliance and governance for the application of global and local policies in the country; • Ensure embedding and functional excellence in the local policy area; country role; • Ensure consistent approach wrt exception management for local policies; country role; • Policy advice and support to Country HR Ops colleagues; country role; focal point for Shell staff in JVs; • Ensure timely updates of web - site in the local policy area; UI Russia • Act as Merit focal point for the country; • Support new project – Torzhok plant; • Provide local HR advice and support in line with the broader HR policies and framework towards Country HR LT and other major stake holders; • Providing support, advice and expertise on country terms and conditions, policies and procedures, employment legislation, staff council engagement, data integrity, recruitment and selection, remuneration and reward towards Country HR LT and other major stake holders; • Ensure local activities are closely coordinated and in agreement with the HRLT;• Policies, processes and systems focal point.
