Microsoft’s Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) group has an indirect sales model based on effective recruitment, development and management of partners. The role of Tele Partner Account Manager is a specialized sales and business management role intended to enable and support partner success.The workgroup is dedicated to increasing revenue and improving Customer & Partner Experience by developing partner sales capability and capacity.The role has two main objectives:•To optimize revenue by acting as a virtual sales manager•To ensure business development through partner engagement. Typically a TPAM will tele-manage 50-60 partnersResponsibilities:•DailyWeeklyMonthly plan effective calls to partners•Conduct real-time research to prepare for the partner call•Execute effective calls appropriately. Achieve at least 12 effective calls and 2 hours talktime per day•Execute partner escalations followup in-time•Conduct pipeline review with partners and provide consulting for partners on Microsoft solution Selling process•Support partners on MarketingSales initiatives in terms of Microsoft business development. Set up commitments for partners on new Microsoft business generationRequirements:•Education - University degree in IT science•Minimum 1 year experience of selling high-tech products or services to partner channel•Experience in telephone-based account management in an advantage•Sales experience in IT industry is an advantage•Willing to take on big challenges•Action oriented•Drive for result•Passion for technology•Self-critical•Ability to learn fast•English language (Intermediate)
