Two production facilities in Central and Southern Russia.Selecting, training, leading the Sales team; glass import organization during market preparation period; strategy development for the Float and coated glass production plant; personal support of key-customers’ activity; yearly and quarterly sales forecasts development; application of sales strategy and directions;conducting negotiations with key customers and service suppliers;monitoring competitor activities in delegated area; building up market presence and keeping market position in dynamic environment; leading coordinating internal administrative processes in the field of sales, production, accounting and logistics; conducting presentations, organizing product training and customer technical support programs; leading 25 territorial and architectural sales managers; reporting directly to Plant Manager and European Sales Management of Guardian Ind. Corp.
