• Organization of shipments from CSP warehouse, France to Russian warehouse:• preparation for delivery contracts and its coordination• preparation for truck and air shipment documents• reports on current and planned shipments• shipping orders coordination (flight details, goods integration)• control over the goods receipt from temporary warehouse to Russian warehouse• Licensing: documents preparation for Ministry of Health, Drags committee and Ministry of Trade; documents feed, control over the accounts’ payments• Claim work with Belgium office (European Logistic Centre) in terms of shortages, damages of received goods• SUN system operations - goods movements to system warehouses:• Control over the goods received from selective control and pharm expertise and their movements to quarantine system warehouse• Movements to short shelf and obsolete system warehouses for goods with date of expiry lower than 50 and 20%• Movements to damaged goods system warehouse for further destruction• Goods receipt to SUN system• Donation orders forming in SUN system, Vision templates forming• Claim work with distributors on terms of damages and shortages of shipped orders (sales order storno, credit note issuing)• Control over the shipments of goods (filling in daily shipment plan, fixing time and day of shipment to the clients, orders unloading from SUN system and its transfer to warehouse)• Donation moves: documents verifying, contractors entrance to system, donation orders forming in system
