• Leading both Consumer and Enterprise related digital strategic projects and
initiatives across the company
• Collaboration with management team and key business stakeholders from both local
and global offices in terms of implementation of strategic decisions and required
changes
• Drive growth through converting traditional “analog” business processes to digital

• Creation of excellent customer experience by building consumer-centric ecosystem
enabled by digital landscape
• Sustain strong scalable and flexible IT infrastructure and software architecture for
core business operations (order processing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure that the
company has robust foundation for growth
• Collaborate with business owners acting as a technical expert and process architect
in crafting digital vision for business development
• Participate and conduct tenders and negotiations with service providers (digital
production, web development, fintech, communication platforms, dealer
management systems, business process management, integrators, etc.) and
supervise subsequent implementations
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection and conduct regular security control review
• Conduct digital steering committee on a quarterly basis
• Instilling new agile culture enabled by digital tools

• Leading of IT projects across the company
• Direct and control of IT team to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all
necessary training and development
• Constant joint work with HQ IT representatives, participation in EMEA conferences
and enabling alignment with global IT strategy in the Russian branch
• Development and monitoring of annual IT budget, budget execution, and related
purchase management
• Conducting tenders, negotiation contracts and SLA (service level agreements) with
external and internal customers and service providers
• Oversee IT infrastructure building and maintenance (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Evaluating and identifying proper technological stacks and platforms
• Daily management of IT-related processes and assets

• Develop blueprints for systems and processes with further creation of detailed
technical specifications, concurrence with key business stakeholders
• Design, develop and deploy 1S tailor-made ERP systems and create supporting
solutions (C# and VBA tools and utilities) to meet business needs (logistics, pricing &
invoicing, budgeting, purchasing, warehouse operations, HR modules, accounting)
• Analyze inefficiencies within business processes and implement software-driven
optimization solutions
• Development of system integrations and data exchanges between various local and
global systems to enhance business transparency, driving up speed and efficiency
of processes through reduction of manual workload and errors
• Act as inhouse expert (system and process management, methodology), provide
advice and training to company management and staff
