Role overview:
International start-up.
Provide leadership and management of the full range of HR functions to an international greenfield startup, including talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.

• One of the first 3 employees of an ambitious FMCG start-up. • Facilitated the design of the organization from the ground up, including policies and processes. • Created an in-house global talent acquisition function from the scratch serving as a “one-man-army” and taking the headcount from 3 to 90 in the span of 12 months while saving over $800,000 in recruitment fees. • Personally headhunted & hired the complete executive & sales teams in MENA, Eastern Europe/CIS, and Latin America. • Designed and implemented first compensation program. • Developed robust performance management system (including OKRs) and performance review cycle, led calibration sessions with all leaders & created tool to distribute profit sharing grants based on performance. • Established and implemented short- and long-term corporate human capital plans, which include maintaining or improving employee relations, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management. • Acted as Interim General Manager Latin America in 2014-2016.
