- Working closely with company senior management on formulating the talent vision and respective HR strategy and objectives- Formulation the talent attraction and recruitment policy of the company in Ukraine and Belarus- Actively participation in the recruiting process, coach and train recruiters and company personnel involved in candidate selection process- Setting up HRM system, formulate and implement HR procedures in areas of recruitment, talent on-boarding, retention, benefits, training and development, performance assessments for company personnel- Participation in employee grading, compensation and motivation system design and roll-out- Support full legal and statutory compliance of company compensation systems and practices- Coach and a business partner & advisor for company senior staff, team leads, and management, ensure follow-through on individual development plans and training objectives- Participation in the knowledge-sharing, maintain internal knowledge portal in respective HR processes and procedures areas- Managing company recruiters and develop a fully functional HR department within the company- Managing relations and contracts with external service providers, such as agencies, job portal providers, freelancers, etc.
