• Providing Talent Acquisition & Assessment services for Operations: Manufacturing (Plant Management, Technical Services, H&S), Supply Chain (Transformation & Productivity, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics) & Procurement functions.;• Leading Global Procurement Executive recruitment projects, cooperating with Global and EU sector Stakeholders, HRD & HR BPs;• Cooperating with Talent Management and HR Business Partners in People planning, Development & Retention processes to identify knowledge, experience, leadership skills and capabilities critical to achieving business objectives. • Supervising and coaching junior team members.
