Development & implementation the commercial and trade marketing strategy with National retailers and National wholesalers in Russia.• Business relationships development with National Accounts : channel management, assortment building, category management. • Development & implementation price strategy: margin (backfront) structure for subdistributors, wholesalers, retail chains and traditional trade.• Negotiation of annual commercial terms with Key Retail chains (discounts, back conditions, volume commitments, credit terms).Responsible for agreed level of Operational margin per customers• Trade Marketing activities development and in-store implementation & management (budget control, planning and allocation for all key retail chains).• Supply chain management development: customer’s volume forecast analysis, sales forecast preparation for production. • Budget developing and allocation per customer.
