To meet or exceed sales targets (market sharemarket share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.To achieve agreed value targets through sufficient sales tools and deliver agreed retail activities within annual budget.To participate in negotiations with retail chains, to agree with them annual marketing contracts in close cooperation with Commercial department.To create national action plan & budget, evaluate its outcome & participate in sales forecasting actively.To develop & constantly update the channel standards for the sales organization based on shopper insights, market trends, channel specifics & in-store tests.To promote newly launched or defined products by means of POSMs development & conducting of national campaigns.To build shelf space management approach and support National Key Accounts by cost effective plan-o-grams.To promote category management culture among key retail players and to support its implementation in Key accounts in the future.To develop creative briefs & to work in cooperation with POSM suppliers & BTL agencies.To train & coach sales team including of ongoing coaching and counselling through regular field visits. To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, as well as understanding of brand strategy & sales development directions.
