Responsibilities: Preparation of market plan of company development, identification of the most attractive investment projects and their further implementation.Main tasks: • Participation in the preparation of market plan (development plan), identification of evaluation criteria of investment potential and elaboration of further actions for the projects’ successful implementation; • Cooperation with the real estate market participants, property owners, retail and office centers;• Calculation of payback period of an investment project, presentation of projects at the company investment committee; • Development, endorsement and approval of agreements with property owners, dispute settlement both at the construction phase and after restaurants opening • Planning and cooperation with other departments regarding construction and restaurants opening
