Having had the experience of leading the local office of AIESEC in Lviv of 50 people for two years, one in the position of Vice President Marketing and the last year in the position of local office President, I received both theoretical and practical knowledge of organizing local and national promotion campaigns; working with media and organizations; strategic planning according to Balance Scorecard; performance management and generation of concrete results; facilitating development program for local office members; training on soft and professional skills; facilitating local and national conferences; recruitment, selection and allocation process with more than 200 applicants. .Since October 2007 till January 2008 I was having an internship in the Czech University of Life Sciences as a teacher in Business Communication in English language conversation courses. Right now I am international relations director of a fast growing company 'HRFORUM', which objective is to boost the growth of HR market in Ukraine with the help of HR oriented activities. I am looking forward to extend my professional network of contacts.
