• Provide Project Management Services to project initiatives like Basel, Anti-Money Laundry, Optimization:• Led number of internal projects to support business initiatives to initiate new mortgage lending products, new insurers (AIG), integration with GL.• Responsible for the functional design and architecture of application systems across all of the CMLIT technologies and platforms: Data Warehousing, Customer Process Reporting, Documents generation and Imaging. • Co-ordinate the translation of business requirements into technical specification for configuration of application & document application configuration per System Development methodology. • Co-ordinate with Infrastructure and development team to manage the implementation and release upgrade processes. • Co-ordinate an offshore development team - TATA Consulting (India)
