- Organization of work of HR department in the region (5 direct reports in different countries) Managing internal communication in the region Budgeting (HC, C&B, trainings, recruitment) Managing restructure and adoption of the HC according to the current business needs Close cooperation with the functional managers in matter of HR issues Managing the whole recruitment process in different locations Developing and implementation corporate procedures for the different locations Knowledge of the labour legislation of different countries and observance of following it Coordination of salary review process and conducting salary survey’s of the markets Ensured ISO 9001 compliance of existing HR systems and taking active part in recertification of R&D Moscow center (audit every 6 months)
