• Responsible for regional distributorspartners and local direct chains in Northwest and Far East of Russian Federation• Managing the team of 23 people (ASMs, Partner reps, KAMs, Supervisors) + 80 out staff field sales reps• Recruitment, motivation of the team• Provide sales team development for professional growth• Setting sales targets, control of the bonuses for team• Control all POS at the territory (including national chains stores)• Developing the strategy of the region• Regular meeting & negotiation with regional partners and regional retail chains• Responsible for promo budget of the region (development, implementation and control promo-activities for focus product & launches)
