I was the first to introduce Asian chemical raw materials in the field of production of constructions materials at the Russian market. I increased margin profit for the business unit “construction chemicals” in 10 times and successfully competed with the best worldwide brands.

Provided increasing sales of the company from $ 70 to $ 250 million. In 2005, the company entered the TOP-10 biggest competitors in the market. According to the results of 2007 the company became the leader, ranked first in the market.
Ensured the retention of first place for the past 10 years despite significant losses due to the crisis 2008. Loses of $ 100 million in 2008 were fully covered for 2 years with my direct involvement and steady growth for new achievements was secured.
Created a new business units, participated in the opening of a new regional offices. All new structures are fully integrated in the structure of sales and marketing of UTS group under my leadership. Multiply (up to 5 times) increased the company's gross margin. Personally created a special image of the market-leader company and suggested creation of company’s own brand-name. Participated in implementation of a new system for the classification and accounting of goods and integrating Russian accounting program and the system SAP in the Swedish office.
Was responsible for creating the quality management system and obtaining ISO 9001-2015. Controlled stock, purchasing, all sales, marketing and technical support. Built relationships with upper-level decision makers of suppliers and customers.
Delivered year-over-year revenue growth up to 70% per year and 16% growth in 2016 and 18% in 2017 years, increased share of the market.

Influenced the opinion of the CEO (owner of company) and managed to implement own interpretation of the company’s mission based on the principle “UTS is the hypermarket of technological solutions".

Organized new business directions and found new products and suppliers for company’s portfolio. Motivated BU-Directors and managers to find new areas of activity, created conditions for the development of initiatives based on thorough situation analysis and forecasting.

Customer Service
Created company’s R&D center. Recognized for customer-centric focus and extraordinary customer intimacy in understanding and meeting needs. Received top awards from independent consulting companies for customer satisfaction. Advised foreign suppliers in the adaptation and promotion of their products on the Russian market.
