Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Russia, Ukraine and CIS for all business units and functions.
Partner with senior management, business and product line managers and hiring managers, lead employment strategy discussions, debrief after interviews with candidates, coach on how to maximize their recruiting opportunities, consult business unites on the state of the labour market.
Proactively source for, screen, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, issue job offers and partner with fellow HRBP for post on-boarding and orientation activities.
