Должностные обязанности:

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Russia, Ukraine and CIS for all business units and functions.
Partner with senior management, business and product line managers and hiring managers, lead employment strategy discussions, debrief after interviews with candidates, coach on how to maximize their recruiting opportunities, consult business unites on the state of the labour market.
Proactively source for, screen, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, issue job offers and partner with fellow HRBP for post on-boarding and orientation activities.
Manage agencies when applicable.
Manage an associate
Report to senior management on regular basis to ensure business units are on track.

Достижения: Started up Talent Acquisition as a centralized function for Novartis Consumer Health. Decreased % of vacancies closed by agencies from 60% to 10%.
