Alex Gaidukov is a Director in PwC Russia B.V. within Advisory Services, Performance Improvement. As Country Leader for IT Effectiveness group within PwC Russia Advisory practice he is responsible the development of IT Management Consulting practice.From the industry perspective Alex works as a Director in the Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets unit within the Advisory department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Within Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets group Alex has a major sales and business development responsibility in the areas of “Capturing Deal Value” (Pre-deal and Post-deal integration services) and Business Restructuring Services, as well as in the area of Operational Excellence with focus on the Financial Services industry.
