Main responsibilities ► Responsible for sales value, market share (VolVal) increase, iGM% target achievement, pricing; ► Daily communication with HQ to discuss Marketing plans for each category, ATL BTL campaigns; ► Locally adopt and implement international category & media strategy per product channel customer; ► Provide input feedback to HQ Business Unit and develop and implement counter strategies; ► Permanently monitor and analyze local market, incl. all regions (using internal and GFK data); ► Local creative media selection buying, analysis of media performance. Local adaptation and or developing of ATL&BTL visuals and messages (product category briefing based on tenders); ► Managing profitability targets for portfolio of categories & new businesses; set product pricing; final responsibility for timely monthly price lists to custom and customers; manage request special deals; ► Oversee and manage A&P budget for 5 subcategories of accessories. Main achievments ► Sucessfully managed and optimized portfolio (from 380 to 300 SKU): identifying business opportunities, selecting from international portfolio, input in product development in HQ site, based on Russian insights; ► Successfully switched goods shipments from European DC to Russia from sea to trucks shipments. Thus I reduced delivery time from 3 up to 1 week, which decreased LDC stock level less frozen money; ► Increased iGM% up to 55% on certain categories by optimizing portfolio (dedication for each channel); ► Increased MS value from 28.2% to 33.7% (GFK data) by listings optimizing portfolio MCI focus; ► Supported Sales team Customers with product presentations, budgets for promo, samples, displays; ► Number of publications in media increased by 40% during 5 months. NPC relaunches support; ► Kept data entry (long short term sales planning) of products via Global Planning Tool (GPT); ► Supervised team of 3 people: 2 trainees + training manager. Synergy with TM & Sales teams; ► Controlled execution on the shop floor different BTL activities, promos, incentive, test bars; ► Managed to get from HQ additional A&P budgets for accessories for 2008 (1,5 Mio Euro); ► Worked with agencies: created printed designed distributed POSM Trade equipment; ► Keep stock on required level to provide enough volume for all key accounts: retaildistrb.
