Должностные обязанности:

• Control all procedures for recruitment, transition, promotion and dismissal processes• Coordinate employmenttransition processes• Controlupdate employee database and statistics report accordingly • Prepare and manage employment & service contractsIssue orders related to personnel• Control work of HR assistant(s)• Issue company decrees orders related to personnel; • Order fill in work-books• Control work with order system and orders• Prepare and update organization chart• Management of warnings and other disciplinary actions.• Coordinate and maintain the Grades and Rates system.• Coordinate all HR and Admin related legal questions with lawyers• Preparation of Job Descriptions, HR procedures and policies.• Assisting in documentation and processes related to migration questions (medical check-up, expiry dates, references, other documents, etc.)• Control of trainings and certificates, ensuring of proper and timely passing of trainings.• Prepare and send monthly headcount report and HR statistics report.• Maintain relationships with labour authorities, inspections, etc.• Maintain medical and compulsory insurance issues.• Control expats contracts, registration, allowance and vacations questions• Prepare and control lease agreements for apartments and cars.
