- To provide appropriate staff recruitment, retaining and development of talent in order to ensure achievement of business unit performance results and targets - Consult Business unit employees on a various HR related issues ensuring compliance to HR policies and procedures, Russian Labour legislation - Facilitate line management’s headcount planning in the business unit and run recruitment process. - Facilitate the talentsuccession planning and career development within respective marketing functions; - Ensure the effective application of the company annual Performance Appraisal system, promote and provide consultancy on principles and process to objective setting in the respective marketing functions. - Ensure timely information and swift process execution on all personnel related documentation (internal and external) - To promote and implement all centrally initiated HR projects and initiatives - Provide full-scope HR support during major organizational changes in the business unit, lead change management programs in the business unit
