Должностные обязанности:

- Supporting Business managers by coaching and advising in resource planning, competence and career development, assessment, mentoring and development of teams and team members.— Actively supporting Organizational Development by coaching Business on Employee Engagement and Retention, Culture and Values, Diversity and Inclusion and supporting, driving and implementing other people related global initiatives, if needed.— Supporting Business in change process: Restructuring, Outsourcing Insourcing projects, other change management initiatives implementation.— Advising Business managers in performance management and compensation & benefits and rewards, topics to ensure compliance and alignment with global rules, polices and business requirements and supports local implementation.— Handling complex cases regarding labor law, hiringtermination, disciplinary or performance related actions, collective agreements and works council issues in accordance with local legislation and business requirements.— Expressing, driving and promoting company’s culture and values and also acting as a role model of it
